This is the process we have used for the last several years. Anyone leading senior night can do it however they want, this is the way it has been done in the past.
Pre work:
Several weeks before, send out the questions to the seniors (document attached). You will probably have to remind them several times to return it.
Arrange for the game announcer to read the "script" (sample attached).
It's nice to have posters made for each girl: These can have photos, the other players can write notes on them or anything else you want to do
Get a flower for each girl (optional) - senior gifts are usually given at the banquet
Find someone to take photos
Make sure parents will be at the game
The night of:
Put the posters up at the stadium
For the ceremony, typically the announcer introduces each girl one at a time, coordinator gives her a flower, and announcer reads their bio while the player walks out onto the field with her parent(s)
As each family goes out onto the field, have the photographer take a picture
After ceremony, coordinate pictures of seniors as a group, all seniors with their parents, and seniors surrounded by the team
