Southwest Women’s Soccer 2022 Season Kick-off Dinner
Season Kickoff Party: Friday, August 19th, 6:00PM, Southwest Commons Coaches and Boosters will host a season kickoff event, including a light dinner dinner at SW Commons. The event includes:
Coach introductions
Player and parent expectations
Mandatory practice kit pick-up ( 3 jerseys and socks)
Dinner (main, drinks, dessert)
2022 Booster Fee ($150/player) - Fees go to supporting the SWWS program, you can pay via check or Venmo to @swwomenssoccer
Checkbook (or venmo) to pay the $150 booster fee, which includes the practice kit
Checkbook (or venmo) for donations to the booster club
Checkbook (or venmo) to pay for spirit wear clothing orders
Booster Fees The booster fee is $150. This includes the $45 cost of the mandatory practice kits. If cost is an issue, the practice kits are available separately for $45. Scholarships are available, please contact treasurer Greg Schach at[email protected] for a scholarship.
SWWS uses booster fees and donations to help pay for expenses not covered by the school district. This includes the salaries of JV, JVB squad and B squad coaches and the cost of practice equipment, such as balls, goals, cones, and other practice equipment.
Volunteer Sign-up Each player’s family is expected to sign-up for 3 volunteer slots. There will be sign-up sheets available. Slots are available for the following events:
Concessions (multiple)
Super Soccer Saturday (multiple)
Kick-Off Event
End of Season Banquet
Donations Accepted The Southwest Women’s Soccer Booster Club is designated by the IRS as tax exempt as defined in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to 501(c)(3) organizations are tax deductible. A receipt will be provided that serves as confirmation that no goods or services other than those noted above were provided in exchange for your charitable contribution.
